专利说明:

The invention relates to a shower system according to the preamble of claim 1.
Shower systems that comprise at least one shower tray and a partition are known in the art as so-called walk-in systems. Such a shower system is known, for example, from DE 20 2017 102 164 U1.
In a walk-in system, a shower room, in which water is injected for showering, is at least partially separated from a partition from the environment, so that splash water is retained by the partition.
Such a partition wall can be fixed either on the floor of a bathroom and / or on a room wall, preferably by means of a bracket. Such a partition can be made of glass or plastic and is usually transparent. In practice, however, unexpected structural peculiarities can occur, especially in older buildings it may be necessary to make a special effort to arrange a partition wall close to a floor or a room wall. The invention is therefore based on the problem of installing a shower system, in particular a walk-in system, on a floor and / or a room wall without any problems.
[0005] The present invention achieves the aforementioned object by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention it has been recognized that a partition which has at least one edge which is at least partially inclined can be arranged on inclined walls or floors without too much effort for sealing measures. The partition wall can be turned or swiveled in a suitable manner so that its obliquely cut edge absorbs the structural unevenness or incline and is essentially flush with it. Due to the incline in the partition, a certain incline in the wall can be accommodated inwards and / or outwards, in particular into and / or out of the shower room. This can also be done by turning the partition upside down, without having to order an individual partition specially tailored for assembly. This enables faster delivery to a customer and faster installation of a shower system.
[0007] The shower tray could have at least one milling or groove. A partition wall can be inserted directly or indirectly into a milled cut that extends essentially over an entire side of the shower tray. The shower tray can thus stabilize the partition wall.
Against this background, the partition could be at least partially included with a lower or horizontal edge in a floor profile. A floor profile can compensate for differences in thickness between a milling or groove and the partition wall. Furthermore, a floor profile can be well sealed.
The bottom profile could be at least partially included in the shower tray and / or at least partially in a milling of the shower tray. As a result, the floor profile can be glued well to the shower tray so that it is watertight.
The partition could be received with a vertical edge and / or with an inclined edge in an insertion profile which is assigned or can be assigned to a room wall. The slide-in profile can protect the partition from direct contact with a room wall and thus protect the material of the partition.
At least one wall profile for the flush-mounted arrangement could be provided which has a tab by means of which the wall profile is set or can be fixed under tiles. In this way, a stable fixation by means of a basic framework on a room wall can first be ensured before the partition wall is fixed with its sensitive edge on the room wall.
The slide-in profile could be inserted at least in sections into a wall profile for the flush-mounted arrangement. As a result, the edge of the partition is particularly well protected and can be arranged in a watertight manner on the room wall. By combining the wall profile with the slide-in profile, different thicknesses of wall tiles can be compensated without the need for complex processing or assembly on site. The wall profile has a groove-like receptacle into which the slide-in profile can be inserted with one leg. Depending on the thickness of the tiles, the slide-in profile engages with its legs deeper or less deeply into the groove-like receptacle of the wall profile.
The shower system described here is preferably designed as a walk-in system. Such a system does not have a door. A person can get into the shower room without opening or closing a door.
The shower system described here can be installed without visible sealing joints.
Show in the drawing
[0015]<tb> Fig. 1 <SEP> a perspective view of a shower system, namely a walk-in system, which consists of a shower tray and a partition, the partition having an obliquely cut edge that faces a room wall, and FIG<tb> Fig. 2 <SEP> several individual components of the shower system, with a wall profile for concealed arrangement and a slide-in profile shown above, with a partition with an edge cut at an angle below in a sectional view and below it in a side view, with a floor profile below Sealing elements are shown and a shower tray with a groove is shown at the very bottom in Fig. 2.
1 shows a shower system comprising a shower tray 1 and a partition 2 for at least partial separation of a shower room from the surroundings, the partition 2 being attached to the shower tray 1 and to the floor 10 and to a room wall 7.
The partition 2 has at least one edge 2a, which is at least partially inclined, namely with another edge 2b, 2c of the partition 2 encloses an angle which deviates from a right angle. The inclined edge 2a faces the room wall 7.
The shower tray 1 has a milling 6, which is shown well in FIG. The partition 2 is received in a bottom profile 3 with a lower, horizontal edge 2b. The floor profile 3 is received at least in sections in the shower tray 1 and at least partially in the milling 6 of the shower tray 1.
The partition 2 is received with its inclined edge 2a in an insert profile 5, which is assigned to a room wall 7. A wall profile 4 is provided for concealed arrangement, which has a tab 4a, by means of which the wall profile 4 is fixed under tiles 7a. This is well illustrated in FIG. The slide-in profile 5 is inserted at least in sections into the wall profile 4 for the flush-mounted arrangement.
Fig. 1 shows the shower system as a walk-in system, which consists of a shower tray 1, a partition wall 2 designed as a glass pane, a floor profile 3, a wall profile 4 for concealed arrangement and a slide-in profile 5. The shower tray 1 consists of a continuous material. The shower tray 1 is made of mineral casting. There is no door to be opened.
With reference to Fig. 2, the assembly of the shower system is described. In its lowest representation, FIG. 2 shows that the shower tray 1 has a milling 6 in the form of a groove. The milling 6 takes the floor profile 3, namely a floor rail. This is shown by an arrow. The partition 2 is arranged in the floor profile 3.
In its top view, FIG. 2 shows that the wall profile 4 is arranged on a room wall 7 for flush mounting. The wall profile 4 is arranged and fixed with a tab 4a under tiles 7a.
The slide-in profile 5 is pushed into the wall profile 4. This is shown schematically by two arrows. In the slide-in profile 5, the partition 2 is arranged with its incline 2a to match a possibly inclined room wall 7.
The wall profile 4 has a groove-like receptacle 4b into which the slide-in profile 5 can be inserted with a leg 5a. Depending on the thickness of the tiles 7a, the slide-in profile 5 engages with its leg 5a deeper or less deeply into the groove-like receptacle 4b of the wall profile 4.
The bottom profile 3 is provided at one of its longitudinal ends with a sealing element 8, so that the milling 6 is closed or sealed. Another sealing element 9 is placed in the corner in which the floor profile 3 adjoins the wall profile 4 and / or the slide-in profile 5 for a tight connection.
The shower tray 1 is sealed to the room wall 7 and the floor 10 in accordance with the usual sealing technology. The floor profile 3 is inserted into the shower tray 1 with sealing compound so that it is watertight.
The partition 2 is used sealed with sealing compound at its lower horizontal edge 2b to the floor profile 3. The wall profile 4 for the flush-mounted arrangement is sealed according to the usual sealing technique to the tiles 7a and to the substrate.
The slide-in profile 5 is inserted into the wall profile 4 with sealing compound, so that water tightness is also established here. The partition 2 is inserted sealed with sealing compound on the vertical edge 2c towards the floor profile 3.
The partition 2 is made of glass. The floor profile 3, the wall profile 4 and the slide-in profile 5 are made of aluminum.
In the shower system, only the glass of the partition 2, the aluminum of the profiles and the shower tray 1 are visible. At least one sealing joint, but preferably all sealing joints, is or are not visible, since it is sealed at the edges 2a, 2b, 2c.
The diagonally cut partition wall 2 can apply to existing wall slopes on room walls 7 or even floors 10 or take them up without a separate order for a partition wall is necessary. The slope can be formed in all directions. If a room wall 7 is inclined upwards or downwards, the partition 2 can be turned accordingly.
